There are 4 picks which are now late from round 3. The round 4 person can legitimately pick now if they want. The round 5 person cannot until 4am Wednesday (unless r3 and r4 picks come in first).
I asked people to delay in round 2 because I expected to being trying to find replacement owners. Now that everyone has been accounted for (one way or another), you can pick in your window even if not all prior picks are in for the team in question.
