"In 1931, Pablum, an infant cereal containing necessary minerals and vitamins for children's health, became available in Canada and the United States. The food was heralded as an excellent cereal addition to the infant's diet and remains a popular infant food today."

As I was growing up, the standard put down for an "irritable" person was..."Did someone spike your Pablum today?"

Ditto me on the eyeball method. And not to brag, but I've been pretty sucessful at it.

If you look through the names of who does and doesn't, what you will notice is those that are sucessful, don't need all the fancy stuff. They just get it.

I use the eyeball method for recruiting and depth but use a spreadsheet to see how much guys improve over their career. I think that was the initial intent of the thread. Now I can see the thread is basically about s***ing our own d***s. Well then, my teams always suck.

At any rate, I'd like to see what you've got,

Thanks
