No one party wins all the time. The minority party has to try to get some of what they want. My point is that both sides should be working together. For too long the partisan fighting has all but eliminated bipartisanship...

How bad would it be if Trump and Co actually improved Healthcare, and made it more affordable without having millions uninsured? Strengthened the military? Improved the economy? Made our country safer? Reduced crime and poverty?

The Progressive movement within the Democratic party has eroded the base. Moderates within the party have vanished, are all but extinct. Look at the map. It is red, with some blue in a handful of liberal states. The number of Republican governors, state houses and local governments run by conservatives, should tell you all you need to know. Run back towards the center, hippies...

Go ahead and argue that Hillary won the popular vote. She won California by more than 4 million votes. Aside from that, New York and Massachusetts, she took a beating.

I'm not sure I see what Laramie is talking about. Yeah, Russia hacked the emails. THEY DIDN'T FABRICATE THEM. Hillary said this stuff, Hillary wrote this stuff, and Hillary didn't secure this stuff.

I keep waiting for Hillary to say (in James Earl Jones voice in "Field of Dreams") - "I didn't write that. I don't recall every even thinking that."

But she doesn't.

Haven't read all this stuff, and I know I'm VERY late to the party, but;

1) Popular vote...Hillary took ONE state (Ca) by a HUGE margin...She lost the popular vote in toto in the other 49...That's why we have the Electoral College...Do you seriously want OUR president picked by ONE state...

2) People just don't 'like' Hillary...She got her dream matchup, and couldn't pull it off...She had to be just beside herself when Trump was nominated...Be careful of what you wish for...

3) 53% of white educated women voted for Trump...Those were HER peeps, and they didn't want her...Until the Dems can explain that one, the party is in trouble...

i agree on 2.....if 98 % lived in california and we still had the same electoral college numbers system it would not work........i think point 3 is connected to point 2...i felt hillary was selfish and she should have given way to bernie.
