Nah. Worst feeling in the world is when you have AA on the big blind, and everyone gives you a walk.

Being coolered is no fun and the deeper you are in bigger tournies the more you hate life but it rarely leaves you feeling like you played poorly or wrong. That is the worst feeling in poker. When you let someone bluff you or worst pay someone off and after the hand realizing how obvious it was.

Another big cash in a 45 (2nd - $50.75 profit). I love those things. $140.50 in profit through my first 17. That's like a 150% roi. Easily sustainable, I'm sure.

FullTilt has alot of suckouts, but I enjoy it a hell of lot more than pokerstars.

nice job. I will probably not be back on until Tuesday unless I can get out of here a little early today.

Just about 2, I think.

Assuming I don't play any more tonight, by my calculations I'll finish up $1,300 for the year. Not bad, but not great considering my four biggest scores add up to something like $2k.

I would kill for that. I think Im probably down 900 for the year. Maybe more Im sure I underestimate my losses and overestimate my wins like most.

Poker is my new years resolution. BR management will be key. Something that even after all this discussion I strugle with. When I start my bankroll with 1 deposit that I can pretty easily replace once a month (I will usually put in a few ot hours to justify it) its hard to not take a gamble every now and then.

I'm gonna back my limit for mtt's down to 6.50 for now, I think. I like those 8.80's and the 11 ko's and such, but even when they are 3% or less of my bankroll, they hurt a bit much when I blank a few in a row.

My NYR poker-wise (since I seem to have the bankroll management thing relatively under control) is going to be to pay closer attention and take better notes on players. I can already tell there are a ton of regulars in those 45s, so being more studious should really help my decision-making.

Started Negreanu's Power Hold'em. Ng's chapter was useless as expected, although somewhat informative on how I think some ABC small mtt players are approaching the game. Started Todd Brunson's chapter on cash games, and it's fairly interesting since I feel pretty clueless in cash. Hopefully I'll plow through that this weekend, although I'm mainly using it as shitter reading.
