The most accurate ratings are the current ratings. For projected ratings, you're guessing based on development patterns. I just prefer not to use 20m to have the engine guess for me.

That's called collusion. I should report you. To someone. Just not sure who.

I have not. But I read this past weekend that there was some kind of fish virus in the Great Lakes that was probably going to wipe out the fish population. May as well let the Japanese carp in. Of course, it may have just been a doomsday article because it also mentioned that the ocean would be devoid of fish by 2048.

i have a chance to buy about 20 samarai swords, 10 canes with swords in them and another 50 or so various knives for about 300 bucks. catch is i have to buy all of them. should i buy this cache of death?

I would assume so since carp are fish and, supposedly, the fish population would be decimated.

If they're in good shape, I would. You can probably sell 'em for more than that on ebay.
