OF Lorenzo Cain called up for real this time; Doug Davis, recently returned from some heart lining virus thing, was put back on the DL after one ML start with elbow tendinitis. It remains to be seen whether he will actually play or if Grandpa Ken will continue throwing Carlos Gomez out there.

Brewers rough up my fantasy team pitcher Tommy Hanson and the Braves bullpen, Trevor protects a six-run lead and Milwaukee wins 9-3.

Ax Man with a four-out save and the Brewers win their second straight in Atlanta, 6-3, breaking the game open with a five-run seventh.

Tom Haudricourt reports that the Brewers have not received a legitimate trade offer for either Fielder or Hart as of this morning. I suspect neither one will be moved. In fact, my guess would be that Fielder remains a Brewer through the end of 2011 and walks as a FA.

I have a hard time believing that will happen given the fact that the Brewers likely won't be in contention this season or next, and the fact that Carlos Lee was traded before he hit FA.

But we're IN IT, baby!!! We're only eight games under now. ROLLING!!!!!
