I don't like to use pitchers at less than 100%. However, if the three sucks, I'd do it. Just know that the ace probably won't be available til game 3-4 of the next series.

Depends on the talent differential. I play my best 95% of the time.

GM. A good manager can lift the level of play of the scrubs but the scrubs will still get smoked by poorly managed studs.
