The only darkness problem I've ever had at Hooters in Downtown San Diego is the black shirts they insist on wearing on Friday.
I will also be willing to fill out an sworn, notarized affadavit affirming the results.
Let's just give the fires some time to burn themselves out. Call me scared if you wish, but I do not want to leave my house because an evacuation order could be coming any second. Especially tomorrow as the Harris fire continues to head straight for me.
However, once the fires have gotten under control, if I still have a house I will sitemail you to set up a time.
When the firefighters get to your doorstep, tell them that a -handed 2B can make a throw to 1B without contorting themselves.

They could use the laugh.

Seriously, that would be funny. Or maybe they'd just decide to move on without hosing the house.

I was also just kidding about what I said earlier. Once the fires are out, I won't have time to stage an impossible event for video.

Did he really say he's "quick flip" the ball backhanded like a 2B does when he's close to 2nd on the DP?

This is not funny. If I made this thread I'd redline that post for sheer insenitivity.

I do not appreciate people attempting to make light of the dire situation.

Why? You're making a mockery of baseball.
10/23/2007 1:14 PM
HAHA
i think we are making light of your exorcist spinning, frisbee flipping super throw.

Let's lighten up a little there uncleal. That wasn't really insensitive.

What's more "senitive" [sic] than bringing laughter to heroic firefighters? The entire situation down there sucks big time, especially since some of the fires were arson. I'm sure the firefighters could use a little levity since all they're seeing is destruction around them.

All in the wrists. And he does his wrist exercises every night.

In fact, this name is "insenitive". I DEMAND THAT SATAN BE REDLINED!

Let me guess... you're in Downtown (or National City, or Clairemont, or somewhere else) where you don't have the fire in a location where a 45-degree wind shift will likely mean you get the evacuation call almost immediately.

Or you need to get your priorities straight.

(Especially as it wouldn't be a joke as I can do it.)

Once caught, part of the punishment for the arsonists should be being forced to be a LH 2B turning a double play

2nd guess, not bad. But before you get overly pissy at me, I have family out in Eastlake and San Miguel Ranch, and have friends affected up in RB/Scripps Ranch, so it's not as if I'm unsympathetic. Nobody's here hoping your house burns down, least of all me.
10/23/2007 1:22 PM
And you're arguing about something you clearly know nothing about, so the situation can't be THAT grave.
