I am already in div II rupp and would welcome the competition. I any of you are looking for a good conference to get into. Great NW is a very active conference with only 3 sim coaches right now. We would love to fill up those three remaining spots.

Gillispie is a rookie, don't bold him no matter what

There are also openings in two other good conferences...Central Intercollegiate and Northern Sun

We should also target conferences that are almost full within Rupp. Try to fill conferences that are almost full first.

One thing I can predict, if we do this, recruiting in division three will be a hell of allot harder.
