the long and short to your question emp, is, no... u can't compare an open league to the odl. players are exclusive here, therefore, getting things to fit are much harder and subject to exploitation from other teams. that's what makes the odl so much fun... in an open league, u can guard from certain calamaties happening, and u have rooks, and the waiver wire... in an odl, your draft is everything. no adjustments can be made once we start.
so, what category do u favor the most? def? efg% boards? orebs? i think in an odl you can settle for two or three categories at full throttle, but u will lack in other areas. i dont think the same can be said about an open league where u can put in rodman three times, and nash, and bird and moses... that would require a lot of first round picks in here, yes?
this is MUCH more fun and interesting than an open league i think. more of a challenge too.
