Interesting dilemma; if Don't Be So Defensive wins the WC, and there is no team in that division that wins 82 games, then what? My guess is you award the playoff berth to the team in that division with the most wins; alternatively, you could award that berth to anyone in that conference who doesn't have a playoff berth with the best +/- that has 82 wins; if nobody has, then use the same criteria as stated above for the division (most wins).

the only way Don't Be So Defensive wins the WC is if someone in the NL West has a .500 record. If anyone else gets to .500 that would knock Don'tBe So Defensive out of the divisional race.

Moving fast: Birds Foil None ...10 games over .500

my team is at 96 after 142 games... we were at 87 after 121 games. for some reason we have been making a lot more errors lately, even though all my hitters are still at 100%. very strange.

i know it's a small sample size but we averaged +0.72 for the first 121 games and +0.43 in the last 11 games.

wonder if pitcher fatigue factors in any way

I've seen a bit of a spike in errors recently, too. 12 in my last 11 games when I had 98 over my first 133. 4 of those last 12 came in one game.
