I, on the other hand, would distinctly dislike the draft. Allowing for trades does lessen the 'lottery aspect'

Agreed but I think a poison theme with a draft could be interesting this theme has too much of a mix of positive and negative players.

Let's run with the current rules that owners have been signing up for, and after this season we can try again to get a poison pill league with a draft off the ground. There was some interest a few weeks ago but recruitment suffered from BOWIS-itis.

Yeah I tried a $37M Elgin Baylor league about 2-3 weeks ago and it died pretty quickly....

it absolutely does not take away from the "lottery aspect." how can you trade guys who nobody wants? if you're handcuffed with four of the worst joes b/c of the luck of the draw, you're essentially f-cked.

as i said, i'm in either way - would love to explore a league with a similar foundation as this one w/a little less luck involved after this bad boy gets off the ground.

Yes shap I was able to win season 2 of this league with one of the worst Joes that I have ever seen in the SIM. Anybody remember Paul Seymour aka "the turd"? I also had defensive great Kelly Tripucka and everyone's favorite Sam Bowie on that squad.

I think we'll see some interesting things with such a huge blacklist; a lot of names we've never seen before are going to come out.
