I've been in fights. That's pretty violent. I don't know if there's a "victim" or a "crime" in there. I've had guns pulled on me but no charges were filed(because they ran after I decided punching a man holding a gun wasn't a good idea). I've filled out one police report when I caught some punks breaking into my g/f car(they pulled a gun on me and ran).
