Wow, looks promising! Do you mind posting totals as well? I'd be curious to see where you really have an edge.

My team is in danger of sliding off the playoff bubble, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed and game-planning as much as I can. gerryred is out of the division lead but still in the thick of the playoff race.

Am I reading it correctly that you're significantly in the red on turnovers?
4/29/2010 4:17 PM
yep I am have 3.7 more TOs than my opponents. The defense plus the defensive rebounding is my advantage. Plus a slight advantange in foul shots
4/29/2010 4:23 PM
Nice. It's just interesting to see the trade-offs with these variables.
4/29/2010 4:42 PM
yeah I have 1020 missed shots and my opponents have 1233 (which equates to almost 9 more missed shots/game) but I'm still averaging 1 more offensive rebound.

And with making 4 more made shots a game that more than cancels out my TO defecit. But hope the trend will be for lower and lower TOs. Because I have a feeling I'm not going to keep up this defense.

I mean look at this crazy game which I won 124-115. Granted the team isn't very good

League 3371 is down to the last four games. gerryred is struggling to hold onto a playoff spot and I'm trying to sneak in the back door. Neither of us is, uh, a lock for the title this time around. Drafted 3PMs for the division leaders range from 540 to 1100+.

After winning 11 in a row my Jordan above is now 30-11 and in first. Detlef is shooting 60% from 3

It's a first round exit for the Boy Commandos, who dominated the boards and had at least a slight edge in nearly every statistical category all season. I got bounced by a very good team of detlef's that probably has a shot at the title. He managed to draft 770 3PMs on a team fronted by Jordan and Rodman.

I may take another run at this challenge, but would probably look to sacrifice some defense for more FTAs. Not sure what else is worth trying.

I wish I would have checked forums more often, as this would have been a nice try at something different. As it is though, I'm trying a low defense team that should be interesting. It would be nice to see someone win without using 3PA's though.
