People are trying to put together the best team that works for them. This is not an easy task sometimes. I mean yeah it's been taking long to get picks but this is what you signed up for. Yeah, graymatter put together that list but a lot of those players don't have adequate teammates to fill a roster. It's much more then that.
with 3 picks left, they cant expect to get 4 GREAT teammates for these guys! At best, if they find 1 or 2 teammates of quality (which ALL of the 50 qualify) the others are low salary backups, because of the medium CAP. Like I stated earlier, Id gladly swap Bearden or Nolan for any of these SP, so they are LEGIT SP worth taking!
Perhaps you should have taken more time in drafting rather than getting "stuck" with Beardon and Nolan then. I have exactly 1 useless bench player and a few extra PA's at first base. All other backups are excellent low PA pinch hitters. I have one mopup pitcher and the rest have a WHIP 1.03 or better. That's because I took some time to draft accordingly. My last pick I had to get a certain number of Quality IP and one certain position covered.
You act like you've got this theme completely figured out and drafting was a lazy matter. I'm going to laugh my butt off when/if your team sucks because you have a bunch of dead weight on your bench.
