There have been a lot of themes similar to the 110M over the years (not in the WISC - just regular themes run by guys like finn2030, ssupfoo, and others).  Typically these leagues are very competitive, which leads me to believe that there's not likely to be one dominant choice here.  There are a lot of players who link to enough teams that you should be able to put together a competitive 110M roster.

I can almost guarantee no one has my first guy. He's ranking a close second to my next choice now, and I have a feeling no one has that guy either. Though with my history in this game, that's probably not a good thing.  When I differ from the pack, I usually end up in a bad place.

schwarze...can we get a ruling on partial/full seasons for the $70mil league?  For example...Player A has a $3mil partial season with my club and a $6mil full season.  If I take his full season, does that count as $6mil in salary coming from my chosen team, or just $3mil? (or even none, since it could be considered taking another player from that season).

for the 100M, The rules say a team cannot have more than 5 teammates of a particular player, but do players under 1M count against that 5?

Damn It!  You mean I have to read *every word* of the rules?  I got the 3-teammate minimum, but I overlooked the maximum.  I have a team I like quite a bit, and it was completed by a utility player who would be the glue, filling in PA's at a bunch of different positions -- and who was the 6th million-dollar teammate of one of the SPs. 

Grrr...

Agreed.  When I found my guy, my thought was that a ton of people would eventually find and take this guy.

These gentlemen were talking here about the $100M league, but as the teams come into the $110M where I'm Commish I'm trying to fight the feeling that I utterly missed the boat in my haste to get a team in to establish the league.  I have a definite guess as to the identity of schwarze's guy, and it ain't one that I found in my abbreviated search!

Actually, there's a different guy that at least two owners in my league have taken (same guy, same two years).  They guy I took may not be that popular.

I'm extremely interested to see who everyone picked for their Vet.  I believe there are a handful of guys most people will try and be fairly succesfull with.  Hope my guy goes untouched, need every advantage I can get.

I'm surprised too.  I have a feeling a lot of people think their guy is a more obvious choice than he really is.  I'm confident no one else has my guy.

Man, I'm torn about who to go with for my Vet.  I've got 3 teams made, and I like all three.  The stats for all 3 teams are very similar, just can't decide who to go with.     

Team 1--  .309 AVG/.398 OBP/.520 SLG    1519 IP/ .209 OAV/ .97 WHIP/ 8.49 K / 1.88 BB / .60 HR per 9
Team 2-- .313 AVG/.402 OBP/.521 SLG     1497 IP/.210 OAV/ .98 WHIP/ 8.51 K/ 1.95 BB/ .62 HR per 9
Team 3-- .309 AVG/.398 OBP/.538 SLG     1466 IP/.210 OAV/ .96 WHIP/ 8.21 K/ 1.79 BB/ .66 HR per 9

Team 3 has the best pitchers park, and I spent the most money on that offense, but I think I like that offense the least because only 2 left handed hitters out of my 8 regulars, and no switch hitters.  The other 2 teams each have at least 3 switch hitters.  Not sure which way I am going to go.
