It's obvious that change was not and is not the problem here. And I mean it, it's OBVIOUS.

You say that major changes result in disruption. This is accurate. It results in losing current customers - not a ton you can do about that.

But where are the new people?? Why have they not replaced those long time customers? New user retention sucks right now.

Is that due to changes? The new people who were never around for previous versions of the game. Obviously not.

Does user retention suck? Since Nov 2016, the world population data suggests that it's either stagnant or slightly improving.

You should start a poll on what the population data suggests.

If it's stagnant then obviously new user retention is not good. Or else it would be growing and growing.

You're the Poll King but word definition is not your forte'. Stagnant means "unchanging".

If there are no users joining, which you've stated time and time and time again, then retention is actually pretty good if the world population data is not declining.

New users join. It's just a very low number. They basically replace the people who played for 1 season and left. 20 in and 20 out every season.

-Boss we should definitely snatch up this WIS site. They have a game called Hoops Dynasty, could be a great investment. Over the last 18 months the number of people purchasing the product is stagnant or slightly growing!

Oooh me likey. Sounds like such a cash cow. The only thing we'll have to do is figure out where to put all that money!
