Clarification - the DDL historically does not stop at the end of the round to wait for stragglers. After darny10 snaked Moses Malone..Tbomcat could have, and should have, made his pick and the draft should have continue inro round 3. Being as the 2nd round had a shakey start it was okay to hold it up. In gereral, it's a good idea to read the commissioners site mails. Where I stated clearly that we would be on the clock and if you missed your scheduled time you would be skipped. The rocky start is on me. But for the remainder of the draft we do not stop the draft at the end of a round. Note that nobody can be skipped until they miss their scheduled spot. Meaning the draft ends for the day when somebody doesn't pick into the following days round.
