Someone asked me a couple questions:
Can we use our FAs now? There was never a time you couldn't plan for this. The only restrictions were they can't be traded nor can you trade your free agent slots to acquire addtional players. I personally have changed my plans for my FAs multiple times based on the trades I've made.

When do we announce our free agents? You don't. No one gets to know what players you are adding but you, at least until the season starts! Just build your roster with 20 players on your roster + 5 eligible free agents. I will check the rosters when it's done to make sure everyone has the right players.
