Any source you look up will give you the answer I just supplied, but here's one just to prove that I'm not making it up:

According to traditional Jewish law, a person’s Jewish status is passed down through the mother.
The tradition of matrilineal descent dates back at least to late antiquity. Why rabbinic Judaism embraced matrilineal descent is not entirely known. The often-repeated (though not necessarily true) reason given is that the identity of the mother is always certain, but not that of the father. Alternatively, it may have been influenced by the Roman legal system for determining personal status or from earlier rabbinic discussions regarding animals.

According to traditional Jewish law (halacha), Jewishness is passed down through the mother. So, if your mother was Jewish, you are too. This position is held by most members of the Conservative and Orthodox communities. The Reform movement recognizes the children of one Jewish parent — mother or father — as a Member of the Tribe if the child is raised Jewish.
Good article you found. I thought of mentioning it.
problem is that your mother left the Jewish community and became a Christian and then had you.
she retained rights to entry to Israel for herself but she was no longer Jewish.
You can’t confuse Israel’s protective umbrella over degrees of Jewish blood with being considered Jewish under Jewish law and tradition.
your mother is considered a special kind of Christian for Israeli citizenship.
the Jewish religion as crazy as this might be to you does not have category for people of the Christian faith.
