Two fourths for a third and a fifth tracks pretty closely with typical trade value at this point in the draft.
It would depend a lot on where in the round the picks are - but it's hard to see how it can ever be worth it to move your 5th up by fewer spots than you move your 3rd down. If it were me in jhsukow's shoes, I would have insisted I get #67 plus a 4th for that deal. But then again, you may not have done that.
To be clear, I have no problem with the trade and was mostly just poking jhsukow about letting you get away with a sweet deal. Let's just say that when an owner has four out of the first 67 picks, and will be done picking before the end of the 5th round, without giving a first-round pick, that owner has done some savvy trading ;)
