His season when Russ first got the triple double avg is so crazy. Adams got more offensive than defensive boards because Russ literally made him clear out so he could get every easy board on D.

I'd like to make a proposal that we change one of the league rules in regards to Relegation..

Current rule reads:
Relegation:
This is a tournament to prove who is the best. Every year, the bottom two finishers will be relegated to the bottom of the waitlist.

Proposed rule to read:
Relegation:
This is a tournament made up of die hard WIS Basketball fans to prove who is the best. Every year, the slowest 2 draft pickers will be relegated to the bottom of the waitlist.

all this over a wait of just under 5 hours is a bit much. i think we need to be more patient. fast drafts are fine, but it's not the end of the world to wait a few hours sometimes.

And if you were series about this, rule changes should be voted on and approved by at least a majority

The slowest drafter has only taken an average of 5 hours. I agree it really isn’t an issue. That could just mean someone is busier than usual the week of the draft. No reason to kick someone out of the league for that. Maybe if it took 12+ hours in average I’d feel differently.

Here's an idea for a draft theme. In the spirit of Fantasy Football getting ready to start, we have our version of Fantasy Basketball Draft. A couple guys here have an ADP ( i think stands for 'average draft position') list that has been compiling for a long time. We start the Live Draft Labor Day Monday night at 8 pm. $52 Million Cap 7 Rounds, Lottery performed 6 pm night of the draft to determine draft order. No trades. The ADP List is available to everyone. ADP can also stand for 'auto draft player'.

When its your turn to pic, you have one minute to make a selection (via typing your pick in the forum), otherwise the commissioner selects the next available player for you from the ADP List. If you can't make the draft at all, or you have to step out for 30 minutes during, or just can't decide in time...no sweat, you are on Auto Draft. (if you are on Auto Draft at any point, the commish keeps in mind that maximum Centers taken in the 7 Rounds is 2, max Forwards is 4, max Guards is 4...this way no one gets stuck with 7 Centers, for example. After the Draft we all have 48 hours the complete and enter your team or your team is docked a $500,000 salary cap penalty and you get the normal amount of snarky sitemails from me.

This would test our ability to draft a team on the fly, like you do during a Fantasy Football Draft. We could do this annually and those that are able could meet in person like in Vegas, Lake Tahoe, or Midge's House every year.
