Let's go cem. This is a 10 Round, 12 player draft and we are already caught up to the clock. You need to be ready to pick when you are on the turn. You've known for days what time your slot to pick is. No telling how many owners have been checking and re-checking tonight to see if its come back around to them. Many of us have jobs during the day and it's nice to get a little ahead at night.

I don't have any contact info for him other than sitemail and he hasn't opened the one i sent yesterday or the one this morning.

If rmalle04 does not make his 2 picks by 230PM today, this serves as a warning and I will make 2 picks for him. Whoever the highest $/Min available players at a position he has not already drafted. If he ever gets two picks behind again, I will replace him. And since I do not have anyone currently ready to replace him, I think we will have to allow someone to take a 2nd team if it comes to that.

The expectation in a draft league is that you should be checking in every day. If you can't you need to either be able to send some long proxy lists to people or risk being removed from the league.

Haven't thought of him in ages. He was very good for a couple seasons. I assume you want the 00-01 season.

100% He isn't optimal next to Larry BUT he was the best available by my numbers.

I'm hoping rmalle04 shows up with an excellent backstory. or better yet, save the backstory, and just make your picks.

but if rmalle04 doesn't show and ends up being replaced, then maybe let whoever would be taking over the team make the delinquent picks. at least then someone who might be interested in taking over his team wouldn't feel like they were getting a total albatross and might be a little more invested.

anyone interested in taking over if rmalle doesn't show? you could make his two back picks for him if he doesn't pick by 2:30... and if he shows up later, then great, he gets the players you picked for him. But if he doesn't show, then at least you're picking your own team.

So maybe I was being too lenient. I wasn’t going to replace him until rd 5 at the earliest and only if he gets two picks behind be the warning, and if it happens again be the final straw. If it gets to 230 with no picks, I’ll put a league wide poll up for people to vote. Sound good?

i do also like your edited suggestion about having the conditional replacement team make the picks for the team they could be taking.
