Looks like bob will be the #2 goalie entering the season thanks to leighton and backlund injuries. I'm intrigued..... I'd like to see how he fairs in the nhl before leights returns.

at least there's reason to hate the flyers again.  it's hard to keep hating a team when they just tank ever year and don't provide any challenge.  heh.  :}

Nice way to start the season.

...and also nice that a Flyer (Danny Briere) will be forever remembered as the 1st person to score a regular season goal at the Consol Energy Center.

Hmm...the Blues are a whole lot faster than us. Thank goodness they are in the other Conference. Also, Halak let's a lot of pucks bounce off him right back into the slot. Their d-men did a nice job of clearing the doorstep.

Bob looked good except on the one that he let trickle through his pads. The Flyers owned the 3rd period en route to the win.
