To start you need to take away the anchor babies. That will slow down illegal immigration but that is as impossible as changing the 2nd amendment. I think it is difficult if not impossible to change it because the country is so polarized and divided.

I think this is correct Boris. No anchor babies. No "chain immigration" either. In fact NO new immigration at all unless the individual immigrant has skills we desire for national purposes. Easy "green card" policies for agriculture workers, landscapers, pool boys, etc.

Now, for this to be fair and equitable. We need to implement a few changes. Melania's parents need to be deported to wherever the hell they came from.

My vote is to start with the evangelical Christians. Two reasons!

Meh.

It's not the crisis the president wants to scare you into thinking it is. There are issues that need to be addressed, like how a huge chunk of our economy is reliant on cheap, undocumented labor. And how we really should give the dreamers a path to citizenship.

As for a solution, most undocumented immigrants are visa overstays, so addressing that would probably be the best way to reduce undocumented immigrants.
