How do you know some of them aren't illegal... Or like in this case a guy who has been deported twice before and came back again before killing an American citizen? Does your police blotter tell you that too?

You miss the point though.... This could have been AVOIDABLE. With better border security, a wall, more focus on visa overstays, harsher penalties, etc.... You won't have illegals here for the 3rd time.... Or in the Steinle case 6 times (and the guy was a felon well before shooting her).

Trump already said in 2016 he would have fought it but didn't want it lingering out there while he ran for president. No big deal.

One Mexican managed to get deported 44 times in 15 years — which means he also managed to sneak back across the border at least that many times.

The runner-up was ousted 40 times from 2001 to 2015. No. 3, 4 and 5 on the list were deported 35, 34 and 31 times, respectively, according to data provided to The Washington Times by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Is it worth it? How many deaths can we prevent with police accountability? How many with better healthcare?

Senate leaders on Tuesday said they are close to a two-year budget deal that could avert a government shutdown and set up a debate on immigration reform next week.

The deal would set spending levels for fiscal 2018 and 2019 and avoid the prospect of a second government shutdown Thursday when a stopgap spending measure expires.

^^^^when was the last time we saw a long term budget?

It wasn't Trump "fighting" the settlement in front of the Court. It was one of the original Plaintiffs who wanted the settlement rejected so that He/She could pursue his/her lawsuit against the Don. So misinformed. As always. hahaha. silly Troll.
