I haven't.

But what makes him not that good though? The control and pitches are good. Splits are mediocre. Will the velocity and groundball/flyball effect that much or are those numbers overall too low for a reliever?
3/14/2015 7:57 PM
The splits are around league average.   The GB will allow too many homers and thus crush his ERA.

The GB-FB number...does higher equal more balls on the ground? Also, could you, in theory, get away with a pitcher with a lower number, but excellent other ratings, in an extreme pitcher's park, if you constantly juggled your staff so he was always (or almost always) starting at home?

Higher is more GB.   If a guy is good, he's good.   It's just the lower GB/FB guys give up more homers.   Their WHIP just doesn't sync up with their ERA.

which ratings would see an injury bump from a bicep inury for a pitcher? I'm debating on whether to put a guy on the DL, but his injury was below the 10 day threshold to show which ones would have declined.  any idea? if it would be worth it?

I don't recall having a biceps injury to a pitcher.   If he didn't lose any points in any category, it will likely only be DUR/STM/HLTH.

If I sign two type A free agents, what is the tie-breaker to determine who gets my first round pick and who gets my second? Is it whichever FA I sign first? Is it based on the receiving teams records? Or some other factor?

Will anyone be able to knock off Kentucky in the NCAA tourney? If so who do you think? Wisconsin? Virginia?

Previous season records.

It takes one bad game but it looks like they're going in hot.

(I know this is the 'Ask the MikeT thread but I have to chime in).

Great stats across the board but a whopping 0 for groundball/flyball (yes he does pitch groundballs its just like 0.5 to 1). He's still a number 3 starter but he'd be an ace if he could keep the ball down. That being said, I have him in San Diego (-4 to L and R homeruns) so it helps.

Oh shoot, I need to ask a question. What is your favourite colour?
