St. Louis doesn't want any rule changes that compromise the purpose of the league. Re-writing history means guys your team had and got rid of actually stay on your team. If a guy wasn't on your team I don't want them there, barring a trade.

Cubs select Pitcher Mike Paul

Hey guys, my name is Paul Fallon from St. John's , Newfoundland, Canada, the most easterly point and the oldest city in North America. Naturally I'm a huge hockey fan, long suffering Toronto Maple Leafs supporter.

I was an Expos fan in the NL and a Red Sox fan in the AL.

Baseball is much more interesting than hockey when it comes to SIM leagues. There are so many things to consider. You are really limited in the SIM hockey leagues. This is my first progessive league and the draft has been great fun. Can't wait to get started.

I'm married with two teenaged daughters.

Favorite hockey player all time is Dave Keon.
Baseball player Joe Morgan

Dave Newman, Sacramento, CA
I grew up in St. Louis, from 1970-1989, went to University of Missouri (or Mizzou) from 1990-1994, moved to Denver from 1994-2000, and met my wife, Tasha, in 2000 in Sacramento and moved out here. Have 2 beautiful baby doll daughters, Monica (5) and Elizabeth (aka Lizzie Bear, 1 yr old)

bizarre factoid is that on a map, St. Louis, Denver, and Sacramento are pretty much on the same parallel, I just keep moving .

diehard Cardinals fan, first year as fan was 1979, Lou Brock's last. Favorite team of all time is the 1985 Runnin Redbirds, 314 stolen bases. Favorite player is Rickey Henderson (I'm one of the few, I know) (the "3524" in my username is for his 2 numbers. He was #35 with the A's the first time around, then went to #24 when traded to NYY, and stayed that way). Proud to have played American Legion ball with ex-MLB 3b Bill Mueller.

Favorite baseball moment, Jack the Ripper tearing the heart out of Tommy Lasorda in Gm 6 of the 1985 NLCS with a mammoth HR

loved the St. Louis football Cardinals growing up....Jim Hart, Mel Gray, Neil Lomax, OJ Anderson, Roy Green, EJ Junior. Not a Cards fan now, but still rooting for them with Kurt Warner, since he gave my hometown our first ever Super Bowl win

love Mizzou Tiger sports, thrilled that Gary Pinkel and Mike Anderson are restoring our teams to the national consciousness

Sacramento is boring, btw

oh yeah, and I AM THE CREATOR OF THE "TWIST" CONCEPT IN WHAT IF SPORTS!!!!

Brian Cole, 34 Atlanta Georgia

Hey guys.. First thanks so much for a great league thus far. I was born in Houston, Texas and moved to Atlanta in 1984 but went to school in Texas from 92-96 but came back to Atlanta right after. I am currently working for Wellsfargo home mortgage as a sales manager and loan originator... Times are still great in the mortgage business for some.. I am married to a wonderful wife named Erica and am blessed with 2 wonderful kids..5 year old boy Kaleb and 7 year old girl Kady.... I rotate seasons in coaching them in baseball and softball.

I love all sports and started watching back in 1982.... I am a diehard Mets fan in baseball.. HATE the Yankees, Braves, Tom Glavine and now the Phillies.....i loved watching Dr. K, Strawberry and of course Kiners corner... Also have a special place in my heart for Bill Buckner... I too bleed Texas Longhorn sports....I am a Raiders fan in football thanks to watching Marcus Allen and a Golden State Warrior fan in basketball thanks to Chris Mullin and St Johns... Also will never forget the Phi Slama Jama... Finally, i also am passionate about NL only fantasy baseball leagues and am currently in 10 real money leagues.

I am looking forward to the challenges and have loved meeting everyone here at whatif!

Hey guys, I'm Larry Fry, born and raised in NJ, college at UNC-Greensboro where i called the play by play on the campus radio station for home baseball games while Brian Moehler was pitching for the Spartans. Got a law degree from Indiana University, so i'm a huge Hoosiers fan (thought it was rough going there during the Mike Davis era, but the Kelvin Sampson debacle made me appreciate those days lol...have a lot of faith that Tom Crean will turn it around soon so we can start beating up on ennam IV's wildcats annually). Just kidding ennam ;). I'm a huge yankees fans...my mother was a school teacher so had summers off and we pretty much watched the yanks every night after dinner when i was growing up. I'm now a lawyer in DC (dont hate me), and i coach pop warner football and american legion baseball. I'm engaged to my wonderful fiance Amy. Really looking forward to this league. Good luck guys.
