All picks are in except for msheaf1 who sent me a sitemail this morning. As soon as he is in we will start round 4.

Everyone hang in there and please do your best to get your picks in under 72hours. If we keep that going we can get two rounds per week.

With 23 in one has lost all and one has lost zero.

I thought we were going to move on each round if someone does not make the deadline. It seems they would only hurt their team by doing so- and setting a firmer deadline might keep everyone more engaged. I am worried that people are getting frustrated and losing interest.

I am guilty. As my punishment I should get all six of mypicks so that I don't get the pleasure of trying to find more wonderful guys to join my team.

I just noticed that one of my 3rd round picks was blacklisted in round 1 but not listed at his position as being blacklisted. I just put in a new 3rd round pick but what should be the result? Do I need to double check the accuracy of the blacklist and keep track as we go? Am I SOL?

If your replacement pick is someone who's on my round 3 list, I vote for you being SOL. If not, you're good.

I'd say if its not listed you get another pick.

My guess is you'll get a bonus pick in the next round but won't get that guy

I believe Spot is right. You get a 7th pick in the next round.

That seems reasonable too.

No you are fine. Two others took him this round as well. So I am sending sitemails right now for replacements.

If you know you took Tommy Holmes in round 3 please send me a replacement pick.

This one is totally my fault. Holmes will be added to the list right now. Everyone has picked 6 this round, so as soon as I get replacement picks from the other 2 that I see claimed holmes in round 3 I will post the results.

Actually I just went to check the pitcher list and Tommy Holmes is indeed on there, so I share the blame with those who also didn't double check their lists, lol.

Then, in the interests of moving things along, can we just give them 7 picks, or they just lose that pick?

...as heartless as that may seem, knowing that I almost made the exact same error this last round, I understand any decision that is made.
