I am still traveling, but have just a couple of minutes to get online.  With respect to waiting on guys to pick, you only need to wait until your timeslot comes.  If your timeslot comes and there are guys that have not made their pick, you may go ahead and make your pick and those guys will catch up.  If they do not catch up in a reasonable amount of time (i.e. 12 hours), I will pick for them so that they do not get too far behind.  So far, missed picks have been caught up pretty quickly.

One other thing - everyone needs to stop picking the guys I want!!
