"In re to the tree line"

Only a Conservative could get so much negative press over such a lame line.

Why does anything like this become a big deal for a con, but nothing stuck to Obama?

Media bias!

Just to keep it clear Zimmerman was never told by the police not to follow Martin.

And I am not trying to sell a specific scenario, but yours seems odd. Would you really tell someone from the neighberhood watch to "**** off"?

Martins demeanor seems jumpy. His call to his girlfriend shows a jittery person. Why was he in the area for so long? Why didint he go home or to his fathers. Either way the timebetween the store and the inciednt is a long time for just a walk.
For a guy that prattles on about our freedom's being taken away and LIBERTY, and all, where the f*** do you get off suggesting how long anyone can be anywhere that they are legally allowed to be or how long of a walk they are allowed to take? Can't wait to hear Cap'n Freedom explain what the "right length for a walk is." You can wait though, Swamp, until Rmoney weighs in. He has already established that trees have a "right height", so a policy on the "right length for a walk" can't be far behind.
I have asked someone to explain what happened that night. What do you think Zimmerman was thinking?

The scenario that seems most logical was Zommerman thought the kid was bad. He followed. Martin confronted him and a fight started and at some point Zimmerman was losing and pulled out his gun and shot Martin.

I am not sure but that doesnt seem like 2nd degree murder.
Nice job avoiding the point of the post. Here it is again so you can take another swing at the pinata.

You can walk all you want.

The media portrayed it as he was just walking and Zimmerman shot him.

Now it is Zimmerman got beat up badly, but he is still guilty because an operator told him not to follow him.

So I ask you for an explaination of what you think happened?

"GET A ROPE!!!"

Yes I would tell them to **** off, maybe not in those exact words but that would be the general point of my reply.

Really?

You are walking in a strange neighberhood, you see someone approaching. They tell you that they are the local watch and ask you what you are doing.

Your normal response would be anger?

Again I ask what is the scenario of what happened. What led to the fight?

If the kid was really not doing anything wrong why would it lead to a fight?

No. what i'm saying is say Trayvon is walking to his dads, Zimmerman accosts him and asks him what he's doing there, Trayvon tells him to **** off(which is what I would do), and then Zimmerman puts his hands on Trayvon. Trayvon then proceeds to start beating his *** and then Zimmerman pulls the gun and shoots and kills him. Who's at fault? The kids who's just minding his business walking home, or the aggressor that ignored instruction s from the authorities and decided to play vigilante?

There is no law that says you cannot approach a stranger in your neighborhood and ask him who he is and why is he there.

The best part of this whole discussion is that because all the evidence now points to Martin being the aggressor, the left has to start going into hypotheticals.  We will never know what actually happened.  But Zimmerman is innocent until proven guilty, and the evidence shows he was the furthest thing from guilty.  That does not mean he is not guilty.  He may very well be, but it will never be proven.

The most disgusting aspect in this matter is the MSM and the left's desire to make this about racism.

I wanted to make it about guns but I was outvoted at the last meeting of the Liberal World Conspiracy Committee

You're right, the media didn't make this about racism.  Because it was just a coincidence that  the NYTimes used the term "white hispanic" when reporting this for only the second time ever, after realizing the "white guy" the MSM was reporting about was half hispanic.  Gotta make sure there is no confusion, right?  Gotta make sure the public knows this was a "white" guy who shot a black kid.
