that is correct. you pick at assigned times then sitemail next 3, the next person doesnt have to wait for their time to pick
for example i pick on time at 2 and arvid missed his 1pm pick. I sitemail the next 3 guys, the 230 pick may now select his pick even though it is before his time as long as its within sequence of picks made
also you cant pass someone unless they miss their pick earlier (have to be the next owners time however)
ie arvid picks at 2pm and misses his pick the owner that selects at 230 must wait til 230 and then next owner may draft right after him
