Two picks slainte?  I think the plan is to try to start advancing the ball on round 3 today if possible (understanding no one can get skipped).

As long as everyone from the previous rounds has selected it is absolutely OK to start the next early...no one can be skipped though until their time tomorrow, in this example, has passed!

Yes, slainte can and should make his 2nd pick.  I sitemailed him also to explain that we would like to stay ahead of the clock and keep picking "off the clock" today.  We'll see if he gets it.  If not, the schedule is up and he is not "required" to pick today, so we can't be upset with him.  

See why I told ya it is hard to stay ahead of the clock?

Tgat is a perfectly succint way of putting it.  Exactly the plan!

Eventually we will "catch up" to the clock, but it'd be nice to stay ahead of it for as long as possible.
