I'm going to make an executive decision and just invalidate the Bonds 2003 pick and allow rmarksduke to make a new pick.

If this had lingered beyond just a handful of picks, I would have felt obligated to enforce the very stringent policy defined on page 1. But it did not, so I do not.

You already have Bonds 2001, so you cannot draft Bonds 2003 as clones are not allowed. You need to re-pick.
