Flyers 6....UGH!! Topic

Maybe Pronger being out isn't as bad as it seems. Syvret has done good and we don't need any more penalties, which Pronger will bring. On the downside, though, we are losing a great competitor among other things......

A little over an hour until we see which flyers show up.

this is the game i dont know who im gonna take? all bets in , but Miller is better than anyone philly can throw in net, Flyers have better talent ,but without Pronger and Buffalo having home ice..its a pick em..really tough to handicap this game ..staying away so far ,but come puck drop ..i may just pick somebody

playing the numbers ..25 wins on the road by Philly, buffalo only 5 games above .500 on home ice ..I think Philly finds a way to take this..even without Pronger..money on Philly but  who knows ..home ice ,adrenaline..easily could be Buffalo's game ?...

Nice win. Gritty play on both ends of the ice. Sabres are a heck of a team if they didn't have turnover problems on the blueline or were able to convert 5 on 3, it might have gone the other way.

This will be huge if we can pull off the W tonight. Any word on pronger or a starting goalie?

Boosh is in goal, Pronger is still out.

Two words.... Ryan Miller

We had the chances, but Miller had the plexiglass effect going for him last night. Plus, the refs weren't calling penalties on the Sabres that should have been there. Case in point when Carcillo got punched in the face by Miller and practically smothered by Meyers and he and Miller got penalties, but Meyers got nothing. Oh and don't forget Richie's major. I predict a fight within 30 seconds of the puck being dropped on Friday.

Fridays game will be a blood bath. no doubt. The two teams went at it well after the game was over last night. Blood is boiling, mine was too just watching.

I wonder what the record is for penalty minutes in a playoff game is.

On a totally unrelated note, the Flyers either hold or share 49 NHL records. Oh and by the way, the record is 297 minutes by both teams in one playoff game. The Flyers do not hold that record.
