Marcum looked great for six innings tonight. Unfortunately he went out to pitch the seventh.

Luckily the bats were working tonight.. Brewers win 8-6.

Brewers split two games in LA, on to San Diego.

In a roster move, RP Mitch Stetter was put on the DL with a hip problem, and catcher Mike Rivera was promoted from Nashville. So we're carrying three catchers. Again. And no lefties in the bullpen.

Brewers claim midget LHP Danny Ray Herrera off waivers from Cincy, assign him to Nashville, move Manny Parra to 60-day DL to make room on the 40-man roster.

Parra is scheduled to get a second opinion on his elbow.. some concern he may need TJ surgery.

Worked out for me, except I didn't realize the Gnomes would be worth money or I would have taken more than 2. I have a crap load of tickets and a Counsell Jersey though.
