I made a pickup in New Berlin today and was wearing my Castro shirt.  The guy loading my truck was a Brewer fan and we laughed about the Cardinals recent suckery.

Brewers take 2-0 lead in first at Boston, then lose 10-4. Marcum labors through a 44-pitch first inning and then leaves with a hip flexor problem. He is likely to miss his next start. Great start to the road trip. HA!

Brewers send Mark deFelice and Sergio Mitre packing, bringing lefty Zach Braddock back up along with Mat Gamel... thinking, hey, we're going to AL parks, don't need 12 pitchers.

In first game of road trip, Greinke shelled for seven runs in two innings, bullpen forced to cover six innings of a 12-2 blowout.
