Tired of the same 'ol players in every league? Want to draft a team full of players that you don't normally use? This is the league for you.
Each season we'll have each owner blacklist one pitcher and one hitter. Once a player is on the list they cannot be used ever again, in any capacity. (Babe Ruth the hitter can't be used as a pitcher either once he's on the list...)We'll also vote one stadium to blacklist each season, the stadium receiving the most votes gets added to the list...

Admin will kick in $50 after the 5th season, as long as we keep at least 50% of the owners in for all 5 seasons. Admin's note: In order to be eligible the league must have retained at least 50% of the owners for all 5 seasons. Also, since this is an incentive for owners to stay in the league and the commissioner is already receiving a free team, they(the commissioners) are not eligible for the prizes.
We'll award prize money for top combined won loss record at the end of the 5th season(regular season wins only)...$25 for 1st, $15 for 2nd, $10 for 3rd...You must be a participant in all 5 seasons to be eligible...
