Always loved Fleury, but it just seems so unrealistic. What makes him special compared to your typical 30 year-old. Especially when you look at his last NHL season.
I don't agree with this too old thing you always hear in sports. I'm faster, stronger and have the same first step quickness (at things like tennis and ball hockey) at 44 as I did at 20, but I haven't really been banged around(never had a broken bone).
But someone said Fleury was smoking as of a year ago. Stress (food, vices, laying around, posting online, lack of vigorous exercise) adds up to physical middle age. Avoid it!
