A few questions, guys who are not drafted in the initial draft, are they eligible for the following years draft?

Are there any restrictions on IP, or positions? Could you draft 10 guys with 25 IP and 12 outfielders?

Yeah, guys who are not eligible for the initial draft are eligible for the following year's draft.

And, I originally was thinking I would put restrictions on positions, but I think with all of the teams trying to draft bad teams with the limited player pool it won't be neccesary. There are only so many 1B, Outfielders, and 25 IP pitchers. There are 821 players in 1969, and 600 will be selected. So by the end of the draft, teams are going to be forced to take some pretty good players. It won't be easy to pick a team that will suck for years.

Added a rule regarding IR use.

"Each team will have one IR slot for players that they have drafted without a WIS eligible season. Each team has an unlimited amount of IR spots for Original Franchise Players without WIS eligible seasons, and they must return to the roster when they are once again WIS eligible"

I lowered the live requirement from 50 to 40. I am going to try to interest some sim players to try out live for this league in the classifieds, and I just think 40 seems less intimidating.
