One of my teams' colors changed Topic

Rochester in Knight, my first team.  I liked the old maroon and white scheme much more than the blue and yellow I've got now.  Any idea why that would have happened?

Maybe it's age? Your rods and cones are wearing out. Stop spending so much time staring at the screen! 

I remember when every team was the same generic color.  It was an update (when FOX bought WIS?) that gave us all the actual team colors. Maybe go check the actual team page on the web and see what the colors are?

It's yellow and blue.  Yellowjackets.  I just liked the old colors better.

Yeah, I just checked. Funny, but in Naismith (only world I checked) it's yellow/blue.

Dandelions were prolific in the pasture where the school was built. So the official colors are Rochester Blue and Dandelion Yellow

Yeah, sorry.  I went to U of R and just took over them in Phelan.  I sent a ticket it since their colors were wrong.

So now I know whose fault this is...  You will suffer for this...  The old colors were much more aesthetically pleasing...

WIS is good at making these changes.    Twice I've written them about name changes and they corrected them immediately.

Specifically:

1) Last year, Columbia Union became Washington Adventist in order to better identify with their Seventh Day Adventist religious connection.

2) Fairleigh Dickinson-Madison became Fairleigh Dickinson-Florham.  Madison is the city but Florham is the name of the Rockefeller mansion that first housed the school

3) D1 Murray State used to be listed  by WIS as a Tennessee school. WIS corrected it when I pointed out that it's in Murray, KY

I'll add one al.  They used to have the colors for Wayne St. (NE) and Wayne St. (MI) reversed until I corrected them.

There are two states named Wayne that I've never heard of?  HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?  I've never heard of Ball either.  I think it's somewhere south of Mexico...
