Please respond to important tickets.   At least the ones with some urgency attached to them.   I'll give you an example of a ticket that requires priority attention.

An owner is not being allowed to return due to violation of league rules.  He is releasing players under long-term contracts.   That means anyone who claims them will pay 327k for each remaining season while the new owner foots the rest of the bill.   This is a very bad thing for a world.  First, it wrecks a team's payroll.   Second, the new owner is at a disadvantage so the team is a harder sell thus possibly delaying rollover.  If I'm not mistaken, a quick rollover is good for WifS/FOX.  Third, letting these types of tickets sit for 48 hours(which is how long it will have been around noon today) destroys customer confidence(which, at this point in time, is something WifS is lacking).

Now, I'm not the commissioner of said world(which seemingly upsets you when a non-commish sticks his nose in this sort of thing).   The world has handled the problem(the claiming/signing teams has said they would trade the players back).   Finally, I'm a defender of WifS and your slow/weak responses to what I consider to be stupid tickets(I'm sure you get many of them).   But this isn't a stupid ticket and the lack of response is unacceptable.

IOW, do something.   Thanks.

I think the problem is that nobody has even LOOKED at the ticket in nearly 48 hours.  I'd feel better if I at least got the standard "your ticket has been forwarded to the appropriate department" response, because then we'd at least know that somebody (could have been the janitor or the guy who comes in once a week to water the plants) opened the ticket.

This site has been slowly losing it over the last year.  Just one more nail in the coffin.  I wouldn't be surprised if the upcoming site downtime has something to do with a relaunch or redesign with the new football game as the big item.  It certainly won't be to update their games, which was the way it used to be.

And that does suck about the ticket.  It is impossible to commish a world when you get no support from the site in enforcing fair play rules that they created.

And we have now reached the 48 hour mark with no response.

Yeah.  At this point it looks like this will be pending until Monday at the earliest.

Thanks for the support, WIS.

We had a similar thing happen in one of my worlds they wouldnt address it so we agreed as a league to return the players to the original team.  It was a pain bet we worked through it pretty quickly.

That's what we're going to do.  But we can't do it until the rogue owner gets removed from the world by WIS.  And they ain't responding to the ticket.

I suppose it's a little too late in the day to try to organize a flash mob to protest in the lobby of their office.

Customer service here has been brutal.  They don't even make an effort anymore.

What if everyone just said the hell with it and stopped playing?
