It's so odd we don't get any sense those responsible, either management or the doers, are even aware of this. Certainly, they don't seem concerned or heaven forbid, vehemently determined to get things working ASAFP (feasibly) after the maintenance. I wonder if they care a significant portion of their customer base has the opinion, "If I didn't know better (from past experience), I'd be shocked at such incompetence. But this has become so predictable from WIS, that its occurrence is practically laughable." If WIS has put out some sort of announcement about the issue, please point me to that, and I'll happily eat all the above.
