I haven't won much lately, and I'm wondering if I'm missing the nuances of park selection. Or maybe I've just had some bad luck. But I want to actually work through this and see if I can figure it out.

This is a $120mil league. There is no DH. My 5 choices are:

Fenway (2/4/0/1/0)
Yankee 1 (-2/0/1/-1/-1)
BoB (1/1/3/0/0)
South Side (-3/-1/1/0/0)
AFC (2/0/-2/3/3)

I realize this isn't the best group of players ... they don't all have the same specialty.  What these guys do best is prevent HRs on the pitching side, probably followed by hitting HRs and doubles.

I feel relatively comfortable ruling out South Side. I don't love Yankee I either. Normally I'd say "lots of power and good HR prevention" and go AFC (I think 1578 IP is probably enough), but I'm thinking maybe Fenway would be better.

you'll surely hit more HR than you give up so AFC looks right to me. If you micro-manage then throw Johnson mostly on the road he's your only HR pitcher. Fenway is more of a doubles park. Yankee looks wrong for your power and stamina. no SouthSide unless you had more walks and/or stamina problems. BoB looks irrelevant. 
    

I'd go AFC and never throw Johnson at home. 
But what do I know.I can't win lately either
