I was thinking SP with my first pick, but SS look pretty good.
who would you draft? i need help at both positions and will have one of the top three picks next year. i like the makeup of Radar, but campbell numbers look good to me....any comments are welcome

Looks like you've got a 14/14 scouting budget.
Other things to consider:
1) How far are the current ratings from the projections? This should give you an idea about how reasonable to projections are, and if they are attainable.
2) The defensive ratings for the SSs. Just because they're listed as SS doesn't mean they should play SS when they reach the majors. Their defensive ratings may have them better suited to play a different position, in which case you may value the hitting ratings differently (i.e. .270/.320/.395 might be acceptable for a good fielding SS, but might be unacceptable for an average fielding 3B).
