Another team in that same OL just finished the season with the best record I've ever seen in an OL (127-35),
I had to look that team up. Incredibly, the owner has barely a .500 record in 23 full seasons (was below .500, in fact, before this team). He's also never won a WS before, or even made it to the Finals. He had some help from good AAA hitters (2 of them posted an OPS of .866 in 437 and 301 PA), but still, 127 wins is nuts. And while there were a few really bad teams in the league, his division wasn't a walk in the park -- the other 3 teams averaged 83 wins.
He's only got the one active team. I'm curious to see what his next team does...
