Trade deadline Game 100. 15 Keepers + unlimited IR (IR players count 1/2 next season's salary toward cap). Draft order based on next season's salary total.

16 teams. As noted above, draft order is based on the salary of your 15 keepers (+ 1/2 net useable season salary for anyone on IR). Unless someone else bails, we just need an owner for this team to begin drafting.
