Windycity's famous decade-franchise $90 mil league is back and revamped! Pick any franchise and THREE separate decades from 1920 to present. Decades are defined as 1920 - 1929, etc... no random ten year periods. Fill your roster with exactly 8 players from each of your decades, and your final player can be from ANYTIME in your franchises' history. No clones, DH, AAA, trades or WW. Select any stadium that your franchise used. Each franchise can be used twice but no exact duplicates of decades.
