Booman35 used to run an awesome blacklist league. How it works is each person signing up picks a person to black list. This means nobody can draft any versions of that person for their league.

At the end of the league, all the names on the leader board are added to the blacklist. Then, when people sign up for the next version (Blacklist #2) they again pick a player to blacklist. By the time you get to the end of several seasons, the blacklist is huge.

75 Million Cap. WW allowed (within blacklist rules), No MLers, Max Players out 4, Trades Allowed, No Clones,  PI OFF, Relaxed Rosters, no ties-shootout win. 

But - since this is the first one, we're going to let each person join and black list 3 players! 1 forward, 1 defense, and 1 Goalie.

People in the first league has first crack at returning for the new year. If they do not want back in, then someone can be replaced.
