At this stage of the game, do virgin programs still turn people on?  I'm thinking of taking another in Phelan because it hasn't been touched after 51 seasons...it's just kind of incredible to me...do any others share my sentiment?

I had to check the title twice, I thought he was saying something about "virgin teens"...

I think this is a great thread to derail with the ol' "If you know what I mean?"

Personally, I prefer a program with some basic understanding of what we're trying to do here, "If you know what I mean?"

Colonels, just remember - if they turn you down, no means no.

How do you make sure the team isn't lying to you when they tell you they haven't?

(seriously, I've done this a couple times and it does hold a strange attraction)

Its cool when you build the program up and get the satisfaction of knowing that you are the only successful coach ever at that school.

I think it's still a lot of fun in D2 and D3, trying it in D1 right now (not full virgin but might as well have had the surgery to be one again), much harder and less fun at a terrible D1

I really feel this way and why I usually always go for schools that have not won in 25+ seasons to take over. Probably means I will not make the NT with said team for six months real life time though so can understand why no one else plays these schools.

I prefer a team that's gotten around a great deal. The experience provides more bang for my buck in the short term. If ya know what I mean.
